Title: Electrical Revit Technician

Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary design and installation company, is seeking a skilled Electrical Revit Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-quality projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Design Engineers to produce coordinated 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

*

Mentor and support apprentices and junior engineers as part of the wider project team.

*

Deliver high-quality fabrication and installation-ready design outputs.

*

Conduct site surveys and develop accurate “As-Built” Revit models.

*

Assist in the preparation of documentation for statutory submissions.

*

Contribute to clash detection and BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.

Requirements

*

ONC (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

*

Proven experience working in cleanroom or laboratory environments, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

*

Strong schematic drawing skills and attention to detail.

*

Proficiency with model/paper space, viewports, scaling, XREFs, layer management, lineweights, and use of blocks/attributes.

*

Experience in creating fully coordinated MEP service models to current industry standards.

*

Confident working with central files in a collaborative BIM environment.

*

Solid understanding of BIM workflows, including templates, view controls, shared parameters, and model exports.

*

Excellent 2D drawing presentation and documentation skills
