NAV/BC Support Consultant (Finance) - £40k

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd line support would be desirable

Ability to think laterally, solve problems and yet be customer centric

Be responsible for assisting customers with support concerns and challenges, resolving issues, and recommending solutions to address needs they may have

Experience:

Must have Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central experience

Supporting Dynamics NAV/D365BC Customers

Proven experience in implementation or support of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV

Understanding of key support systems and processes

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary package: £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience! They also offer Benefits + home base flexibility.

Location:

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has got an office in Wolverhampton, with a flexible work environment where working from home is possible.
