Warehouse Operative / FLT (Reach Truck + Counterbalance)
Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour
Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 09:00 - 17:00
The Role
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with RT + CB licences to join a well‑established, high‑volume logistics operation supporting major national transport, retail, and engineering networks.
This is a hands‑on warehouse role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a structured, professional environment.
- 70% warehouse duties
- 30% forklift operation (Reach Truck / Counterbalance)
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately
- Loading and unloading containers and vehicles
- Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Stock movement and location management
- Supporting goods‑in and goods‑out operations
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
- Working to deadlines in a busy, time‑critical operation
What We're Looking For
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work rotating shifts weekly
- Team‑focused with a good work ethic
