Experienced Accounts Assistant required to assist in running the Accounts dept of prestigious Client in Daventry.
Role involves;collating weekly payroll information and liaising with managers confirmimg hours: updating staff records; staff mileage and expenses; postuing purchase order invoices and credits; matching GRN's and purchase orders to invoices and resolving any differences; commmunicating suppliers by phone and email; reconciling statements and bank accounts; maintaining purchase card; perry cash; general admin duties including filing; credit card expenses; monthly accruals; cusomer rebates; covering other memebers roles when absent and any ad hoc duties.
Ideally you will have 2 years' plus experience of similar role, have a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 dimensions.
Role is 830 to 5pm Monday to Friday
