Our client, a forward thinking, well established Architectural practice in Glasgow is seeking a Project Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Project Architect to join a practice that prides themselves on their ability to nurture and fulfil a budding Architects career.

Our client are receptive in their search however are keen to see candidates that hold experience working on Residential projects in Scotland.

Project Architect Position Overview

Use of Revit on a daily basis
Ability to produce high-quality drawings and designs
Working across all RIBA stages
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
Work at a practice that takes pride in developing their staff
Work on a variety of residential projects in ScotlandProject Architect Position Requirements

Relevant qualification required
Live in or around the Glasgow area
Residential experience in Scotland is essential
Proficient Revit
3 years post qualification experience
Ideally experienced in managing projects or ready to step up to a job running position
Proven Design skills, creativity and problem solving skills in a portfolio
Understanding of Scottish building regulationsProject Architect Position Remuneration

Salary of £30,000 - £43,000 (DOE)
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Christmas shutdown
