• Perform tool changes and ensure injection moulding machines are set to correct parameters, maintaining production KPIs.
• Conduct machine safety checks, OHC checks, and ensure proper PPE is worn at all times.
• Troubleshoot processing problems and escalate issues to the Technician or Technical Support as needed.
• Ensure job start-ups run correctly, completing start-up check sheets and adhering to 5S/housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with production personnel to ensure all parts meet quality requirements and address any quality issues promptly.

Injection Mould SetterEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in injection moulding processes and tool changes.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and adherence to PPE requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing problems efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
