We are currently seeking a Foot-Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our team responsible for general maintenance within commercial office/studio environments within Zones 1 & 2.

Role Overview:

* Position: Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer

* Location: Zones 1 & 2 London

* Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum

* Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

* Conducting mechanical building services maintenance tasks

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Requirements:

* Background in mechanical engineering or plumbing.

* L8 certification (Legionella Control).

* Proven experience in mechanical facilities maintenance within commercial settings.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
