• Lead proposal and estimating activities, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create accurate cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Manage costing records, order entry and sales administration systems.
• Responsible for the spares and services team to deliver efficient aftermarket support.

Technical Sales ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the proposal and estimation process
• Background in special purpose/bespoke machinery
• Familiar with design software and drawing interpretation
