The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front in a shop floor-driven role, spending the majority of your time engaging customers, driving sales, and supporting your team.

This is a high-density, fast-moving environment where strong commercial awareness and presence on the floor are key. You'll have real autonomy to run your store, with trust placed in your leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse and engaged team
Drive store performance, delivering against KPIs including UPT and ATV
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in a print-led environment
Deliver a premium, seamless, and engaging customer experience
Oversee rotas, staffing, and day-to-day operations with a high level of autonomy

An experienced retail manager from a premium or high street background
