Mortgage Advisor

We are working with a small mortgage company based in Barking. They are looking for a mortgage advisor that preferably speaks Urdu and/or Punjabi as many of the clients don't speak fluent English. They deal with all kinds of mortgages from First Time Buyers to Shared Ownership.

Please note this is a Part Time role with 21 hours available. It will be 2 days working in the office and 1 day working from home with no weekends.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• You must have at least 12 month mortgage advisor experience
• Ideally speak Urdu and/or Punjabi
