Construction & M&E Project Coordinator
Location: Kidderminster
Type: Full-time | Hybrid Working Available after probation
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + benefits

My client is seeking to a Construction & M&E Project Coordinator to join a high-performing engineering team delivering a major site modernisation programme. This role plays a key part in coordinating construction and mechanical & electrical (M&E) activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day coordination of construction and M&E projects
- Monitor project timelines and costs, liaising with project managers and subcontractors
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications (mechanical, electrical, construction)
- Maintain key project documentation and contribute to safety compliance
- Attend and contribute to cross-functional project meetings

About You:
- Strong understanding of construction methods and M&E installations
- Experience interpreting construction and schematic drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools (MS Project preferred)
- HNC/BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction discipline

Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Coordinator in construction/facilities
- AutoCAD experience
