A well-established and growing food manufacturer is opening a brand-new facility in Atlanta, GA, and is looking for detail-oriented, bilingual production associates to join the team from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

$18.00 - $20.00/hour | Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Schedule: Training Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM After 1-2 months, shift assignment will move to: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Batching & Kitting Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing dry goods and ingredients for production. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential — you'll be working directly with batch sheets and precise measurements every day.

• Weigh and measure ingredients and raw materials to exact specifications
• Read and follow batch sheets and production recipes accurately
• Assemble and kit dry goods according to production requirements
• Maintain accurate batching records and documentation
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety standards
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with teammates and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish 
• Experience in a food manufacturing, food production, or bakery environment 
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets or production recipes
• Strong attention to detail with weighing and measuring ingredients
• Experience with kitting, batching, or ingredient prep a plus
• Sit Down Forklift experience a plus!
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
