Job Title: Sales Order Processing (SOP) Agent

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Order Processing (SOP) Agent to join our client's team. You'll work closely with the SOP Manager to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, delivering excellent customer service at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and dispatch customer orders using IFS.

*

Respond to customer queries via email and phone, keeping them updated until resolution.

*

Maintain accurate sales order records, pricing, and customer databases.

*

Liaise with Sales and internal teams regarding new orders.

*

Provide admin support and contribute to the smooth running of the business.

*

Participate in cross-training to cover team absences.

Requirements:

*

Minimum 1 year of sales order processing experience (IFS desirable).

*

Excellent customer service skills with a polite telephone manner.

*

Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

*

Experience in sales administration preferred.

*

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
