A Project Manager is required to join a well-established construction consultancy based in Manchester. This Project Manager position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality residential and commercial schemes throughout the North West. The Project Manager will work across multiple live projects and will be given real responsibility from day one. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

This Project Manager will join a forward-thinking consultancy known for its collaborative culture and repeat client base and will take ownership of projects ranging from £10m-£60m.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading projects through RIBA stages

• Managing consultant teams

• Administering JCT building contracts

• Monitoring programme and cost

• Chairing meetings

• Reporting to clients and stakeholders

The Project Manager will have:

• A construction-related degree

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (or working towards)

• 2-6 years' consultancy experience

• Strong contract administration experience

• Commercial awareness

• £45,000 - £55,000
