A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team based in Farnborough. The Opportunity
You will join an established and well-respected team, working on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Intellectual property disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation

You will take a lead role in managing significant cases, supervising junior team members, and helping drive business development initiatives within the department.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong track record of handling complex and varied disputes
• Excellent technical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development
• Interest or involvement in business development activities is a plus
