Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm approx

Higher Level Teaching Assistant Required!

This friendly and well-regarded school places a strong focus on helping every child reach their full potential - both academically and personally - and they're now looking for a talented HLTA to join their team full-time from September.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2. Potentially Early Years too.

Providing valuable classroom support when not leading lessons.

Leading small group work and offering 1:1 support when needed.

Stepping in to cover classes in the absence of the class teacher.

Helping to foster a warm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

HLTA status or experience delivering lessons in Primary settings.

Confidence working with a range of ages and abilities.

A positive, flexible attitude and a proactive approach to classroom challenges.

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Above all, a genuine passion for working with children and inspiring young minds.
