Payroll Onboarding Consultant

Manchester - Full-time

Up to £33,500

We're hiring a Payroll Onboarding Consultant to join a fast-growing, award-winning global SaaS business in Manchester. This role is perfect for a payroll professional who enjoys working with clients, delivering excellent service, and supporting smooth onboarding transitions.

Main duties:

Support new clients through the payroll onboarding process
Manage seamless transitions from previous payroll providers
Build strong relationships with new clients and understand their needs
Assist with payroll parallel runs and system setup
Check payroll accuracy and ensure data matches previous providers
Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service throughout onboarding

What we're looking for:

Experience onboarding payroll clients in a bureau/accountancy practice or implementing payroll systems in-house would be desirable
Strong payroll knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
