Our client is a fast‑scaling global supply chain innovator transforming how industrial companies source, manage, and deliver complex manufactured parts.

Due to rapid expansion in the DACH region, they are now hiring a high‑drive Account Executive to accelerate new business and grow strategic enterprise accounts.


Who They're Looking For (Two Ideal Profiles)
Application / Presales Engineer / Sales

…from the advanced manufacturing / mechanical engineering / industrial technology world
→ who wants to transition into a commercial role.
You understand technical pain points deeply and can translate them into value-driven solutions.

Experienced Sales Professional

…already selling into OEMs (e.g., energy, automotive, machinery, aerospace)
→ with a proven hunter mentality and strong DACH market knowledge.

In both cases, the key component is drive: persistent, energetic, growth-focused, and comfortable targeting high-value accounts.


Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle across DACH
  • Hunt for new business and build a high-quality pipeline
  • Engage with engineers, procurement leaders, and technical buyers
  • Expand and develop existing accounts, eventually managing large enterprise clients
  • Hit an ambitious €1.5M annual sales target
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to shape custom solutions
  • Travel to Berlin for team sessions, onboarding, and customer meetings

What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Fluent German (DACH)
  • Strong technical foundation (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, CNC/production processes, additive manufacturing, or supply chain)
  • Either:
    * experience in presales/application engineering and ready to move into sales, or
  • * experience in technical sales to OEMs, ideally in advanced manufacturing, SaaS, industrial automation, or high-tech products (Keyence-like sales approach is a huge plus)
  • True hunter mindset: persistent, driven, comfortable with outbound, and motivated by growth
  • Ability to engage complex manufacturing organisations and articulate high-value solutions
  • Experience with industrial SaaS or production digitisation tools is a plus
