Operations Manager - Remediation

THG Recruitment are partnering with a well-established specialist remediation contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow their remediation division.

This is a key strategic hire, suited to someone who can operate at both operational and commercial level, with the ability to win work, build client relationships, and scale a division.

Key Responsibilities

Full operational responsibility for the remediation division

Winning new work through client relationships, tenders, and frameworks

*

Growing the division in terms of turnover, team size, and market presence

*

Managing project teams, programme, cost, and delivery standards

*

Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships

*

Driving commercial performance and profitability

Requirements

*

Proven experience in remediation (brownfield, contaminated land, enabling works, demolition, ground remediation, etc.)

*

Strong background as an Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager

*

Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing a work pipeline

*

Commercially astute with strong leadership skills

*

London-based with flexibility to travel as required
