Trust Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Barnsley (S73) on a part-time basis (Monday to Wednesday).

This is an ongoing maternity cover role, offering the opportunity to step into a well-established Key Stage 2 classroom within a supportive and friendly team. The school prides itself on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally.

• Teaching a Year 4 class three days per week (Monday–Wednesday)
• Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Planning, marking and assessment responsibilities
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has recent experience teaching within KS2
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is committed, reliable and passionate about supporting pupil progress
• Has an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
