What You'll Receive:

£28,000-£30,000 starting salary

Our Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme that equips you with everything you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant in the education sector. You'll receive step-by-step guidance, practical coaching, and real-time support from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Interviewing and sourcing teaching and support staff for schools
Writing engaging candidate profiles to promote to clients
Collaborating with the sales team to place candidates into schools
Meeting weekly activity and performance targets
Earning commission on every successful placementAfter Your First Year:

Once you've developed a strong foundation, you'll transition into a client-facing consultant role with further training in:

Business development and client visits
Rate negotiation and margin management
Advanced compliance and safeguarding
Managing long-term client relationships
Time management and productivity strategiesWhat We're Looking For:
