Fire Alarm Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire safety company that is looking for an Intermediate-Level Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial properties in London, providing high-quality installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire detection and alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire detection systems

* Small repairs and fault-finding on fire alarm systems

* Commissioning of new fire alarm installations

* Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems

* Carrying out minor electrical repairs

* Working independently or as part of a team on assigned projects

* Traveling across London using a company-provided vehicle (or own vehicle if preferred)

Requirements:

* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

* 17th Edition qualification or equivalent (essential)

* Previous experience working in the fire alarm and fire safety sector

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

* Good communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:

* £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Company vehicle provided (or use of personal vehicle if preferred)

* Casual dress code

* Monday to Friday schedule - no weekend work
