Mobile Maintenance Electrician
My client is a leading FM Hard services provider. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition, test and inspection and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance on several commercial buildings, including lighting, power, single and 3 phase, emergency lighting, fore alarm tests. sockets, floor boxes, fault finding back to panels and fuse boards, escorting sub contractors and general paperwork
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary is up to 40K with van, phone, company benefits and more.
