Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a large, inclusive secondary school from September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate looking to gain first-hand classroom experience, develop essential skills, and explore a career in teaching.

About the role:
You will be supporting pupils across a range of year groups and subjects within the primary curriculum, helping to raise attainment and engagement. The school particularly welcomes graduates who are considering a future career in teaching and are looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

✔ A recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above
✔ Some experience working with children or young people
✔ A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
✔ Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete this)

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply)
