Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with an innovative client who are looking for an administrator to assist in the financial department for a temporary contract. Based in Kirkcaldy, with a highly competitive salary. Standard office opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a friendly team within this thriving organisation.

Role Overview

To assist in the finance team of purchase order control and the preparation and processes of invoices.

Duties include:

Prepare monthly invoices
Administrative duties
Manage supplier invoice enquiries
Complete financial checks for each specific projects
Allocate purchase orders for any outstanding invoicesSkills and Experience required:

Proven, demonstratable experience in a similar role
Experience in processing invoices or purchase orders
Excellent organisational skills
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ability
Be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills
