A leading supported living service in Shipley is seeking dedicated Support Workers. If you are experienced in adult care and passionate about enabling independence, this is an excellent permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
• Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities
• Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect at all times
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements:

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
• A caring, proactive, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
