A friendly and nurturing primary school in Oxford is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. If you enjoy supporting children and helping them grow in confidence and independence, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you!

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with fun and engaging daily learning activities
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to help strengthen key skills
• Help create a warm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with routines, preparing resources and keeping the classroom organised
• Encourage children's confidence, curiosity and love of learning
• Work closely with the teaching team to support pupils of all abilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive
• Friendly, reliable, and excited to grow within education
• Able to work well as part of a team and use initiative when needed
