Production Replenisher
£12.64 per hour plus overtime at time plus half and double

This role suits someone looking for a very active job that is challenging and stimulating, both physically and mentally. Planning kanban material supply of bought in and in-house manufactured components and maintain continuous material supply to the manufacturing production line.
Production Replenisher duties:
* Identify and report low stock.
* Placing and managing orders with suppliers.
* Replenishing bin stocks.
* Conducting routine inventory counts, raising issues and driving counter-measures to prevent reoccurrence.
* Maintaining continuous improvement exercises to ensure stock levels are appropriate to current demand patterns and change Kanban cards according.
* Taking part in stock taking and owning weekly cycle counts is also an important part of this role.
Experience for the Production Replenisher will include:
* Previous materials handling or manufacturing assembly environment experience.
* Full understanding and experience with operations in a Kanban environment.
* Experience with ERP software is beneficial.
* Demonstratable problem solver and trouble-shooter.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Have good physical fitness, this role is on your feet with a lot of walking.
* Proactive approach to spot and solve potential issues before they disrupt production.
Hours of work for the Production Replenisher:
The role is 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Wednesday 8am to 6.00pm Thursday 8am to 5.30pm
