We are currently recruiting for a New HomesSales Consultant position, for our Estate Agency client based in Enfield.

The successful candidate must have 12 months previous experience in either a traditional Sales Negotiator role or New Homes.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of New Homes Sales Consultant:

• Basic £30,000 - £35,000
• OTE £40,000 - £46,000
• Car Allowance

Responsibilities for the role of New Homes Sales Consultant:

• Selling properties over multiple sites
• Attending site visits
• Property viewings
• Registering potential buyers
• Dealing with incoming leads
• Generating new leads
• Developing strong relationships
• Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers
• Always delivering exceptional customer service
• Providing up to date advice and information
• Booking appointments

Key Skills for the role of New Homes Sales Consultant:

• 12 months previous experience in a Sales Negotiator or New Homes role
• Strong level of customer service skills
• The desire to work well in a team
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
