Halliday Marx are partnering with a famous media firm to hire an Interim financial accountant for 2 months. Extension beyond 2 months is a high possibility.

Hybrid (2 days in the office)

£275 - £300 per day Inside IR35

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory financial reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Drive efficiencies and improvements within financial processes and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide insight and support decision-making.
• Utilise SAP to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

Requirements

• Immediately available
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• SAP experience
• Forecasting, consolidation and reporting experience
• Year-end accounting and statutory reporting
• Corporate or group level experience
