Key Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

• Support children's learning and development through structured and play-based activities.
• Assist in delivering EYFS curriculum activities tailored to children's individual needs.
• Foster a nurturing and safe environment where children feel confident to explore.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to support children's progress.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies to ensure children's well-being.

What we're looking for in an Early Years Practitioner:

• Level 2 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or EYFS Teaching Assistant.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
