We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Coventry this September. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified practitioners who are committed to making a difference in children's lives.
Day-to-day of the role: - Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel happy and secure.
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that support learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observe and track children’s progress, helping them reach their full potential.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Support daily routines and promote positive behaviour.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate – must be up to date.
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive.
- A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
