Reed are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching assistant to join one of our partner schools from September. 

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) throughout the school day. This full-time position involves:

• Supporting the pupil with their school work
• Ensuring the pupil remains on task and focused
• Managing behaviour in the classroom and during break times

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• Experience working with SEN
• Strong understanding of the UK educational system
• Excellent behavioural management skills
