A growing international organisation in the education sector is seeking a Permanent Billing Coordinator to join its Northern Europe finance team, supporting multiple sites.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of fees and additional services across several locations. This includes managing billing cycles, handling adjustments, resolving queries, and working closely with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process termly/monthly billing across multiple entities
- Manage non-fee billing (e.g. clubs, trips, additional services)
- Handle billing adjustments, discounts, and credit notes
- Support internal teams with billing queries
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate data across billing systems and portals
- Assist with general billing and finance tasks
What they need:
- 3+ years' billing experience, or graduate with some finance experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
Working Pattern: Hybrid (London office with some remote working)
