At Exactaform we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a market leading company with strong growth plans.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, your main focus is to translate marketing strategy into clear, structured action plans and deliver them effectively.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will focus on coordination, execution and output delivery across campaigns, content, and digital channels.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused. You will be responsible for turning plans into action, ensuring marketing activity is well-organised, consistently executed and aligned to commercial priorities.

You will work across aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing sectors, supporting multiple product lines in a technically focused B2B environment.

Objectives of this role

* Convert marketing strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans

* Coordinate and deliver day-to-day marketing execution

* Develop marketing assets that are commercially relevant

* Ensure all activity is structured, prioritised and completed to a credible standard.

* Deliver marketing activity that supports lead generation and sales enablement.

* Maintain consistent, high-quality output across campaigns, content and channels.

* Support pipleline growth, lead generation and brand position through effective delivery of marketing activity.

* Build a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Execution Delivery

Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to commercial priorities

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard

Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver activity

Own and manage the delivery of marketing activity from plan to execution

Content Planning & Management

Support the development of a structured content plan aligned to campaigns and sales priorities

Ensure a consistent pipeline of relevant, high quality content

Translate business priorities into clear, actionable content briefs

Content Production & Quality

Produce content including blogs, case studies, website copy, social posts and PR.

Ensure content is technically accurate, clear and commercially relevant.

Review and refine content to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Website & Asset Improvement

Continuously improve product pages, landing pages and marketing assets.

Support conversion and user experience improvements.

Create sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, PDFs)

Social & Content Distribution

Maintain LinkedIn presence aligned to campaigns and content priorities

Repurpose content effectively across channels

Ensure consistent and professional brand representation.

CRM, Email & Reporting

Support email marketing and campaign execution via HubSpot

Ensure accurate tracking, segmentation and reporting

Monitor performance and provide practical insights for improvement

Required skills and qualifications

* 3+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role

* Relevant Bachelor's degree minimum

* Proven ability to deliver marketing activity from plan to completion.

* Strong copywriting skills across digital and print formats

* Experience supporting or executing multi-channel campaigns.

* Basic to intermediate design capability (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)

* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms

* Strong organisational and project management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports sales
