Do you have experience of working with vulnerable people?
We're looking for an individual with great customer service skills to provide an Intensive Housing Management service to our residents living in Clarion's over 55s housing scheme.
The purpose of our LiveSmart schemes is to enhance the life experiences of our residents, to ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment, and to promote each individual's independence.
As the first point of contact providing a focused service to those living in retirement housing, you'll have excellent communication and customer service skills and work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme.
