Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and dismantle audio, lighting, staging, and rigging equipment for live events

Work collaboratively with the technical team and event organisers to meet client requirements

Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site

*

Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and in compliance with health and safety standards

Maintain and organise AV gear, reporting any faults or necessary repairs

Requirements:

Proven practical experience in sound, lighting, staging, or rigging

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as needed

Full UK driving licence Is essential
