We are currently looking for a Scheme Services Coordinator to join our team, covering the Hackney area. The Scheme Services Coordinator Role: We are currently looking for a Scheme Services Coordinator who would be working at two of our sheltered housing schemes in the Hackney, London area. You will involve in helping residents with housing management and tenancy issues, facilities management, liaising with other agencies and ensuring the safety and security of both our residents and schemes. Travel costs between sites are paid. What you will have: the successful Scheme Services Coordinator will need great organisational skills, a natural empathy for building relationships with older people and the ability work successfully with a range of other organisations. As key member of the Sheltered Services Team, we are looking for a strong team player who is able to communicate well with their colleagues and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. Whatever your background, a passion for delivering great customer service is vital whether you are signing-up a new resident, speaking to a contractor about a repair or organising specialist support with a colleague.
