M&E Surveyor
Location: London
Rate: £36.40 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Interim

A London Local Authority is recruiting an experienced M&E Surveyor to support the M&E Manager and wider team in the delivery and inspection of Mechanical & Electrical works across the housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the management and delivery of M&E works across a range of systems
Undertake site surveys, inspections and technical assessments
Cover M&E elements including electrical and mechanical systems, door entry, CCTV, fire alarms, dry risers, sprinkler systems, AOVs, MVHR, ASHP, solar panels, boosted water systems, automated gates and barriers, lightning protection, TV aerials and roof extract fans
Liaise with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders to support effective project delivery
Requirements

Proven experience surveying and inspecting M&E systems
Ability to work both office-based and on site
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (parking permit provided by the client)
