We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our attendance processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage student attendance records using SIMS.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student attendance issues.
• Collaborate with staff to support student attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare attendance reports and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SIMS.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
