Citadel Source are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established business in North Bristol with the recruitment of a data focussed Finance Business Partner, following an exciting promotion for the current incumbent.

The Role

In this role, you will be working within a multi-million-pound division of the business, partnering with 3 core teams covering sales, pricing and customer engagement. You’ll support these business units with providing definitive planning, forecasting and reporting information, centred around driving commercial performance and efficiency.

About you

You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant or finalist, from either an industry or practice background, who has a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with non-financial stakeholders in previous roles. The role will be very data-centric, requiring a curious nature and proactive approach, capable of diving into the data and getting your hands dirty. The successful candidate will have strong excel skills, enjoy problem solving, all whilst working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

As a Finance Business Partner your role will include but not be limited to:

• Support decision making through commercial understanding of the business units, with a focus on both revenue and costs.
• Develop and maintain a suite of reports that fulfill the needs of the business units
• Understand performance drivers and areas of over/under performance, providing detailed insight by analysing KPIs and other metrics
• Provide meaningful commentary in weekly/monthly trading and commercial review meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across several business units
• Support with new business cases, as well as new/ongoing projects

• A salary of up to £60,000
