An independent and fast-growing consultancy in Bristol is looking for a proactive Project Manager to deliver projects across the commercial, student accommodation, and public sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys a varied workload and values strong client relationships. The Project Manager will join a close-knit team and play an integral role in delivering multiple schemes across the South West.

This position would suit a confident Project Manager who is looking to work within a business that rewards initiative and encourages progression.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee project planning, coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure seamless project delivery. You'll be expected to manage several live projects at varying stages.

• Consultancy experience as a Project Manager

• Degree qualified in construction or a related discipline

• MRICS, APM or MCIOB preferred or working towards

• Good knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract

• Organised and commercially minded

• £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
