Are you an experienced IT professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding support? Cooper Lomaz are currently on the lookout for a highly skilled 2nd Line IT Support to join our client in Norwich. This role involves providing remote support to their valued clients, and we need someone with expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

As a 2nd Line IT Support, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering advanced technical support to end-users and resolving escalated IT issues.
Managing and troubleshooting virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
Administering and maintaining Office 365, including user account management, email configurations, and troubleshooting.
Managing and maintaining Active Directory, including user and group management, and security permissions.
Providing support for Windows Server environments and Windows operating systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
Configuring and managing firewalls to ensure network security.Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
Proficiency in Hyper-V or VMware virtualisation technologies.
Strong administration skills in Office 365.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management.
Experience with Windows Server environments and Windows operating systems.
Solid understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols.
Personal Attributes:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other IT professionals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hold qualifications within IT, ideally CompTIA and Microsoft
