The Role

You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of SIA-related qualifications, including:

*

Level 2 Door Supervisor

*

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3

*

CCTV Operator Level 2

*

SIA Licensing (including embedding K9 Dog Handling as added value)

Key responsibilities include:

*

Delivering engaging lessons using a range of teaching, learning and assessment methods

*

Supporting learner engagement and helping to achieve organisational targets

*

Marking, assessing and providing feedback to support learner development

*

Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted/Matrix requirements

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced trainer with:

*

A Level 3 qualification or significant professional experience in the SIA/security sector

*

Maths & English qualifications at Level 2 or above

*

A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Experience using E-Portfolio systems like OneFile (advantageous)
