Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading national property services provider as they continue to expand their modern, digital-first contact centre operations. We're currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious Team Development Manager to join their fast-growing Colchester team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in management from any sector, whether that's retail, hospitality, customer service, estate agency, or beyond. To transition into a dynamic leadership role focused on team development, mentoring, and performance management.

You'll lead and inspire a team of up to 10 sales agents in a high-energy, customer-focused contact centre. This role is all about supporting individuals to reach their full potential, building a high-performing culture, and contributing to wider business success through strong leadership.

Team Development Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs

* Create a positive, performance-driven culture where people feel supported and accountable

* Deliver training and 1-to-1 coaching tailored to individual development needs

* Lead regular team meetings, reviews, and performance catch-ups

* Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained

* Take a key role in onboarding and nurturing new team members

* Collaborate with stakeholders across regional branches to align team strategy with business goals

* Adapt to evolving processes as the business integrates AI technology and digital tools

Team Development Manager Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: Shifts between 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm

* 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

Team Development Manager Skills Required:

* Proven experience in a leadership or management role (from any industry)

* Commercially minded

* Ability to drive performance in a target-based environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A natural coach and mentor who enjoys seeing others succeed

* Results-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about continuous improvement

* Confident decision-maker with a proactive and can-do mindset

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-led environment
