We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at a children's residential home in Yatton, North Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people

Assist with daily routines, activities, and care plans

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role

Need to able to work 3 days +

A genuine passion for working with children

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
