You will need 

Ideally at least 2 years' experience in Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles 

A DBS Certificate 

To drive 

Have High working standards 

To be Reliable 

Proven knife skills 

Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates 

Ability to be flexible 

Be able to travel across Surrey
