Are you an experienced support professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a confident, experienced Deputy Manager to join our Supported Living service in Ashington, supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

🌟 About the Role:

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service. This is a hands-on leadership role where your knowledge, initiative, and passion for high-quality care will be essential in supporting both staff and service users.

✅ Essential Requirements:

Significant experience in adult social care, particularly in learning disability services

*

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (minimum)

*

Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising or managing staff

*

Excellent understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and compliance

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

*

Weekend availability and flexibility to meet the needs of the service
