We are working with a well-regarded school in Colchester that is seeking a committed LSA to join their experienced and caring team. This Colchester school focuses on delivering high-quality education tailored to pupils with autism and additional needs, helping every learner reach their full potential.

Job Overview: * Full-time, Monday - Friday, LSA role. * Support pupils in the classroom and during activities in Colchester. * Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning. * Provide 1:1 and small group support as an LSA. * Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.
