As a Fire and Security Service Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fire and security services. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all service operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate fire and security service appointments.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

* Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

* Liaise with technicians and ensure timely completion of service tasks.

* Monitor and manage inventory of service-related equipment and supplies.

* Assist in the preparation of service reports and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a service coordination or administrative role, preferably in the fire and security industry.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Knowledge of fire and security systems is a plus.

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (required)

* Administrative experience within the fire & security sector: 3 years minimum (required)
